Individual application

Seoul Mobile customers / account-opening service only
Visit the bank with one-to-one support. Allow around one hour. Account, passbook and card processing is intended to finish on the day, subject to the bank’s checks.

We confirm the appointment and documents. Bring your original passport and a Korean number that can receive calls.

Complete your application
Our staff support you at the bank. Receive your passbook and card according to your selected option.

You’ll need your original passport and a Korean phone number that can receive calls. D-2, D-4 and H-1 are examples of eligible visa types; contact us to check your circumstances. We’ll tell you if additional documents are needed.
Haven’t received your Residence Card (ARC) yet? Passport-based applications may be available. Once your card is issued, you’ll need to update your information with the bank.
Seoul Mobile provides application support. Account approval, available features and transaction limits are determined by the bank.
